Vizio Brand TV not connecting to Wi-Fi

If your Vizio TV can't connect to Wi-Fi, try the following troubleshooting steps:

 

 

• Toggle DHCP Settings: Access the TV's menu and adjust the DHCP settings to help the TV and router communicate. 

    

 

• Power Cycle Devices: Turn off the TV and unplug it. Plug the TV back in after a few minutes.   

 

  

• Test Connection Quality: Go to Menu > Network > Test Connection on your TV to check the connection status. If the speed is low or unavailable, further troubleshooting may be needed.
