How to Submit a Trouble Ticket:
Residents can conveniently report network issues using our intuitive online ticket submission system, email, or text options.
- Web Portal
Once you arrive at our CBX Connect Web Portal, you have two optional methods for submitting tickets.
- “Submit a request” – Located in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
- “Support” – Widget, located in bottom right-hand corner.
Upon the selection of one of these options you will then be presented with three categories based on the issue types that we provide service within.
- Wireless Internet
- Wired Internet
- General Questions
Once you click on one of the three selections it will prompt you to submit your:
- Name
- Email address (please doublecheck your spelling)
- Phone number
- Subject
- Description of issue
This information is then followed by a variety of issue-based questions to provide us at CBX the basic information regarding your issue so that we will be prepared with a strategy for resolving your issue upon our response to you.
Through this alternative method, you are able to contact our support team to resolve your issue through the use of your site-specific email address (please refer to your move-in materials). To ensure the most efficient resolution, we ask that you include in your email:
- Your name
- The description of the issue being seen
- Your unit number
- Location within where the issue is being seen (Such as "Bedroom A", or "Living Room")
After your ticket is submitted via the methods above, you will then receive a confirmation email confirming the receipt of your ticket submission. Feel free to respond to this email if you have any further information you might have forgotten, or would like to add, and it will automatically upload directly into your ticket.

We are excited to announce that we have added texting to our preferred methods of contact!
- Send us a text to (567) 406-0378
- Please include the following information when you send us a text:
- Your name
- Property name and location
- Unit #
- Brief description of the issue you are experiencing
- If you need to add any additional details to your ticket, just send us another text and it will automatically be updated to your ticket.
Our Goal is to reach each resident within 24 business hours of Ticket Submission to begin the process of troubleshooting their issue. (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm CST)
